Обновление FLASH/Firmware AP9617 Management Card

Если Вы закачали файл обновления для Вашей карты AP9617 , в архиве находится все необходимые  файлы для обновления карты. После запуска файлы .exe , запустится автоматически распаковщик и запуститься программка обновления  через коммандную строку(под оболочкой).

Программа предложит Вам подключить карту к любому устройству к примеру мы подключали к DLA3000RMI2U и ввести IP адрес устройства, а так же пароль и имя для входа через сеть. Если Вы все правильно сделали, программа обновит постепенно все файлы и перезапустит устройство AP9617 самостоятельно.

После процесса обновления, мы обнаружили что карта не загрузилась как положенно с новым ПО, и решением проблемы было короткое отключение UPS от сети и батарей, после черего мы вынули карту из слота и вставили ее назад через минуту. Далее карта запустилась с новым IOS и мы смогли работать с ней дальше.

Обновление через ФТП
Карта AP9617 может быть обновлена до последней версии в несколько шагов:

В иных случаях, Вам прийдется обновлять прошивку через ФТП через APC Network Management Cards via FTP.

Если Вы обновляете прошику через FTP:

1. Закачайте дистрибутива с файлами для обновления через www.apcc.com/support выбрав нужную конфигурацию.

Как только файл архива был закачен, распакуйте архив в отдельную папку.
An example of the executable is below:

"apc_hw02_aos355_sumx355.exe"

В папке окажутся так же эти файлы:
apc_hw02_aos_202.bin
apc_hw02_aos_355.bin
apc_hw02_sumx355.bin

сохраните эти файлы к примеру в папке C:\temp

Switch to windows command line and change current work directory to the d:\temp which contains the three bin files that you extracted in step 1. Log into your network enabled product via FTP.

Type the command "ftp<space>ip address" to log in to the product which you want to upgrade firmware. You should ensure that you are logging into the product using the Administrator User Name and Password.

2. After logging into the product successfully, type "bin" to switch to binary mode. Then transfer the aos firmware binary to the product first.

**Note if the current firmware is higher than v2.1, you don't need to transfer the apc_hw02_aos_202.bin to the product. Otherwise, you need to transfer two aos firmware to the product.

The command to transfer the file is similar to below:

ftp> put apc_hw02_aos_XXX.bin (XXX being the version number downloaded)

After the aos firmware is transferred, log out of the card by typing “bye”.

Wait roughly 45-60 seconds while the network card reboots.

Next, you will need to transfer the application firmware. An example of the command which needs to be entered is shown as below:
ftp> put apc_hw02_sumx_XXX.bin (XXX being the version number downloaded)

After the file is transferred successfully, you need to type "bye" to logout. The card will reboot again (45-60 seconds).

The firmware upgrade should be complete. If you experience any trouble, please try these steps again. If these steps do not work, please contact APC technical support at 1-800-800-4272. Please be sure to have the following information before calling:

- Firmware that you are attempting to upgrade to
- Model/serial number of the device you are attempting to upgrade
- Error message (if applicable) that you receive when attempting to upgrade
